Q. What does the service provide?

A. The service provides reports and information on the telephony usage of your company. Details of incoming, outgoing and internal calls can be provided, in the style you desire.  Reports can be dispatched daily, weekly, monthly, annually.  Additional adhoc reports are available on request.

A. Any size from 2 extensions to 10,000.

Q. What is included in the price?

A. We provide a complete service with no hidden extra’s. Included is the setup of the system, design of reports, management of the service, data collection, daily fraud monitoring, report production, updating databases etc.

Q. I am concerned about Fraud, how can you help?

A. Telephone fraud is a major problem in the UK at present. To help, we monitor all clients' sites on a daily basis for signs of fraud and abuse. When detected, we will immediately advise the client and also offer additional assistance to solve the problem.

Q. Which telephone systems do you log?

A. We are able to monitor all of the major systems in the UK today. This includes Avaya, Cisco Call Manager, Realitis/iSDX, Meridian, Norstar, Mitel SX, Panasonic, Hicom, Avaya, Index, Definity and many more!

Q. I don’t believe the figures my current call logging system provides –  will yours be any better?

A. This is the key question! Many organisations don’t believe their own call logging systems. Collecting data and producing reports is fairly straightforward, the art of Call Management is understanding and interpreting the data. We help you to turn the data into information you can use. BBW provide regular meetings to discuss reports as well as a telephone help-line and email support service.

Q. I have a network of sites – can BBW support this?

A. Yes, BBW log many networks of telephone systems. In addition, we have developed techniques to help the tracking of calls across networks.
