Q. Which is more expensive - my own system or the BBW service?

A. We believe the BBW service is notably cheaper

We are often asked about the costs of a managed service compared with purchasing and running an in-house call logging system. We are honest and explain there are benefits to both approaches. A managed solution often provides higher quality and lower costs.

In order to allow a cost comparison it is important to identify what is included in BBW's service:

In order to compare the costs it is appropriate to consider the full costs of the service. For in-house systems this needs to include the PC, system maintenance and upgrades, the support/maintenance contract etc. In addition, surveys of call logging users also indicate that staff spend large amounts of time managing and interpreting the system. As the saying goes; "Time is Money" and this must be considered when estimating the overall cost of running your own system.

It is our intention to compete in service and quality and not price - however, we are of course very competitive compared with managing your own system.
