We have been providing call logging as a service to our clients for over 12 years. BBW have also been involved in some of the most expansive and complicated call logging installations in the UK.

The problem with call logging is often not the data collection and reporting but the interpretation of the data.  For example the meaning of a lost call from a Siemens iSDX/Realitis is different to the meaning from a Meridian.  If you don't understand the meaning of the information then it is of little use.

BBW have real experience of logging many different telephone systems (Both traditional TDM and IP) and providing meaningful business information.

Call logging is very intricate and can be problematic. The process usually follows these stages, and we highlight some of the potential problems which occur:

  • Retrieving data from telephone systems - this can often be affected by engineering work such as re-programming.

  • Collating data at a central data bank - can be affected by power cuts, virus infection and computer crashes.

  • Sorting data and building call information reports - call logging systems require in-depth knowledge and expertise in order to accurately manipulate the raw data into meaningful, informative reports.

  • Explaining report information to users and management - requires background knowledge and telecoms experience that can be used to precisely explain what each figure means. Having the reports available means nothing if you cannot put the information to use in your organisation.

BBW's service takes into account these and many other problems thus allowing our clients to concentrate on their business and not on the call logger.

BBW currently log over 80 sites which include a wide range of different telephone systems such as iSDX/Realitis, Index, Meridian and Hicom.
