Many organisations suffer from problems managing voice and data services including:-

  1. Demarcation - Different suppliers blame each other for faults.

  2. Misleading - Engineers try to make excuses and fail to resolve faults.

BBW offer our Operational Support service to meet all of these and many other requirements, the service is fully customisable to your exact requirements and different clients have a different mix of services. Cost depend on which mix of services you decide to utilise.

Menu of Operational Support Options:

  1. Fault Management - Report any fault on voice or data communications equipment to us. We will take calls from your help desk or direct from your users and liaise with your suppliers. We will chase suppliers for updates, respond to users and keep you fully informed. We will manage demarcation issues and maintain reports for your supplier performance.

  2. Configuration Management - Even simple changes like the configuration of an Ethernet switch or changing a pickup group on a telephone system can be very expensive. We can provide these configuration services as part of a fixed cost contract. Some clients ask us to complete all changes, others ask us to provide holiday and sickness cover or simply to provide advice on their own staff on configuration changes.

  3. Invoice Management - Keeping track and checking invoices is time consuming and tedious. Simply fax, email or send us copies of your comms related invoices (e.g. all the BT bills!) and we will check them. We will report back with comms on if the invoice is correct along with any evidence of misuse or problems.

  4. Call Logging - Monitoring telephone answering quality, recharging call costs to departments and monitoring fraud and abuse is often difficult and time consuming. We can provide a full solution and take all the problems away.

  5. Advice - Need some immediate advice on what your systems are capable of achieving? Maybe you have a particular problem, e.g. customers complaining your not answering the phone. We can provide immediate and impartial advice.

  6. Mobiles - We can check the mobile invoices, provide reports to staff to charge personal calls, monitor the tariff and provide management information.
