Telephone Helpline – Ever wondered about a potential new product or supplier? Have you been asked by a Finance Director if you should purchase a new item of technology? Have an idea and need a second opinion? Our helpline is there to support you.
Major Fault Support – Major service-impacting faults can be a disaster and the problem is worse if different suppliers blame one another. BBW have high level contacts at the major suppliers and a detailed technical understanding of the products and services. In the event of a major fault, we will drop everything to help you.
Supplier Risk Analysis – We will monitor your suppliers for potential risks. If it looks as if one of your suppliers is getting into trouble, changing strategy or may be taken over, we will keep you informed.
Consultant Meetings – We will set-up routine meetings with one of our Independent Communications Consultants to keep you up to date with developments in the market and potential new opportunities.
Benchmarking – Once a year we will benchmark your comms costs against market rates and advise you if there is the potential for savings.
